520 _aNatural fractures affect the hydraulic stimulation and can be an upside for shale productivity. The understanding of the interaction between hydraulic fractures created by well stimulation and pre-existing natural fractures plays a significant role in the optimization of well completion design. The presence of natural fractures can improve the permeability of the reservoir rock and, in consequence, well productivity. The methodology applied consisted in the compilation of multi-scale natural fracture data from image logs, cores and structural seismic attributes. In this work the integration of seven image logs, eight microseismic surveys and four seismic structural attributes helped us to make a complete structural analysis in the area of interest. The results of this work confirmed the assumed best horizontal well spacing applied during the pre-development drilling phase in the Aguada Pichana Este field.
