520 _aTranscripción del abstract original del autor: This paper presents a project for the development of a laser system for remote gas detection pursued by Gaz de France and ADLARES GmbH. Application of the vehicle-mounted system is the gas leak detection as part of network surveys of mains and service lines. Gas leaks shall be detected path integrated over a distance from 2 to 30 meters from the vehicle. The presentation includes the experimental investigations to determine the specifications of the system and the description of a prototype system together with current results.
