Transcripción del abstract original del autor: Toho Gas Co., Ltd. evaluated performance and durability of the TPC-50R, the highly efficient regenerative-cycle micro gas turbine units developed by Toyota Turbine and Systems Inc., modified their operational issues, and expanded Toyota Turbine and systems' lineup since January 2002. This paper describes the design, development, specifications, evaluation, and operational experience of the TPC-50R. The TPC-50R has two types of equipment for the utilization of the heat recovered from exhaust gases. One is a heat source for hot water, and the other is for air conditioning. Toho Gas Co., Ltd. has evaluated both systems. The TPC-50R with a hot water heat recovery system was evaluated in its Technical Research Institute, where it achieved almost 6,000 hours. The TPC-50R with an absorption chiller / heater was also evaluated at Howa Sports Land, where it achieved approximately 5,000 hours.
