This paper describes the key drivers for the project: - ; Assisting Vietnam-- economic growth agenda with clean fuel, and using environmentally friendly technology. ; Delivering expertise, technology and training into Vietnam through successful facilities development and operation. ; Designing safe facilities, then constructing and operating them safely.
