VACA MUERTA EN EL YACIMIENTO LA AMARGA CHICA, CUENCA NEUQUINA, ARGENTINA. EXPERIENCIAS, LECCIONES APRENDIDAS Y DESAFÍOS U1 - 068.82 553.28 C62 15730 N2 - La Amarga Chica is an Unconventional Shale Oil concession area, developed by the companies YPF (operator) and PETRONAS. It is located in the central-eastern sector of the province of Neuquén, 18 km northeast of the town of Añelo, it has a total area of 186 km2, divided into 3 triangular areas called South Triangle, Central Triangle and North Triangle. The Vaca Muerta Fm. constitutes the productive objective of the Field, which was initially characterized by 2 vertical exploratory wells (2011-2012) and later by a comprehensive pilot phase comprised of 3 delineation phases (2015-2018), which included the drilling of vertical and horizontal wells, and then moving on to the factory development phase of the Play, which continues to this day. During the pilot stage, an acquisition campaign was carried out integrating static and dynamic reservoir information. Static data included acquisition of 3D seismic coverage, cores in 2 wells (270 m), complete electrical logs in vertical wells, sampling of cutting and microseismic surveys in 3 pads of the Block. Dynamic data included static and dynamic gradient data, PVT fluid samples, production fluid analysis, chemical tracers, Diagnostic Fracture Injection Test (DFIT), pressure measurements, among others. To date, 5 navigation levels have been successfully evaluated in the area, 2 of which are located stratigraphically at the base of Vaca Muerta Fm., internally called Cocina and Lower Orgánico, and 3 levels corresponding to the Upper Orgánico level distributed within the progradational clinoforms of the depositional system, verifying the feasibility of its development in terms of productivity, economic indicators, and associated reserves. This work present case studies of Multilanding development with many navigation levels per pad, lessons learned, risks and mitigation measures adopted. Likewise, the next challenges of the project will be addressed, focused on optimizing the development strategy, viability of cube development, testing of a new landing zone, deepening the processes of continuous improvement and mitigation of problems related to factory mode development UR - https://biblioteca.iapg.org.ar/ArchivosAdjuntos/Conexplor2022/Simp.VacaMuerta/vacamuerta13.pdf ER -
