Within the area of influence of the pilot wells (area defined within a radius of 15 km), located approximately 500 km from Bogotá, capital district of Colombia, there are a few wells, and one stands out for its available information (core samples and others), that has served to evaluate the unconventional potential of the area. By applying innovative laboratory technologies like Nuclear Magnetic Resonance and Digital Rock Physics, at Halliburtonś lab, we expect to reduce uncertainties related to the success reservoir characterization process of the pilot wells. This data was integrated together with Routine Core Analysis and Special Core Analysis (SCAL), obtained from the Colombian Petroleum Institute (ICP Ecopetrolś laboratory), which includes gas-filled porosity, mercury-injection porosity, permeability estimation, and geochemistry (Rock Eval). Finally, basic and special well logs information were used for building a robust petrophysical model, which includes organic and inorganic porosity curves along formations of interest UR - https://biblioteca.iapg.org.ar/ArchivosAdjuntos/Conexplor2022/EvaluacionFormaciones/forma06.pdf ER -
