<subfield code="a">Structural features of Los Tordillos half-graben, Cuyo Basin, Argentina This sub-basin has two tectonic depressions named Los Algarrobos and Los Tordillos, separated by a positive feature called Los Retoños. The sedimentary fill is made up of more than 2000 meters of continental Triassic deposits of variable thickness and around 1000 meters of foreland tertiary deposits related to the Andean orogeny. In this article, the half-graben structural configuration is analyzed and interpreted through the integration of gravimetric, magnetometric, seismic and well data. The Bouguer anomaly map shows the location and strike of the main structural lows and highs, while the depth to the magnetic basement map indicates that high angle lineaments are NNE-SSO and ONO-ESE oriented. The Los Algarrobos depocenter has an anticline-syncline pair filled with growth beds. The Los Tordillos trough is a wedge-shaped half-graben that deepens to the south against an active border fault. Secondary deformation structures include antithetic planar normal faults that cut through the basement and slightly curved growth faults that were active during synrift accumulation. The Los Retoños high could be related to a transfer zone or lateral ramp that accommodates along strike extension variations and connects detachment levels located at different depths. Hangingwall structures can be related to extension above single planar or flat-ramp shaped master faults formed by the reactivation of medium to low angle discontinuities. Secondary structures orientation, shape and lateral extent indicate that the overall strain pattern was coaxial and that the paleostress direction was orthogonal or oblique to the master fault. Basement fabric reactivation could be responsible for strike-slip or oblique-slip structures related to stress partitioning under local non-coaxial deformation. Cross-section restoration helped to identify a second rift event that could be linked to existent upper Triassic to middle Jurassic basic intraplate magmatism. Calculated extension was 3,25 km (32%) at the initial rift stage and 1,72 km (11%) during the second rift event</subfield>
