N2  - Transcripción del resumen del autor. Brazil achieved the self-sufficiency in oil production in 2006. To maintain it Brazil needs to invest in discovering new reserves and developing current fields. For this is necessary to drill and complete new wells. These activities are known well interventions. Due to the high competitive between the companies which have the technology in the oil area, Petrobras needs to actualize and improve permanently the process of programming interventions, in order to incorporate new technologies and reduce anormalities related to time and cost. For this is necessary the standardizing of a method to obtain the Learned Lessons to be used in each intervention to be performed in a well, aiming to assimilate which were the best points which should be repeated and which were the points that should be improved in future interventions. This paper aims to describe the process of programming interventions on well, using a new methodology to obtain the Learned Lessons.
