Since then the market has been growing rapidly, and will soon surpass 20% (Flow share) in commercial use. Inevitably the competition with Electric motor-driven Heat Pumps (hereafter referred to as EHPs) has become intense, and the comparison between GHPs and EHPs, especially regarding maintenance, has drawn growing attention. By forging an active maintenance system, we have been able to conduct reliable maintenance. Largely due to the fact that maintenance of GHPs has been estimated so well by our customers, the market share has risen to the present level. To further increase our shares, making more improvements in customer services and GHPs reliability is the challenge that lies ahead for us. As a countermeasure, we are pursuing the development of GHPs Predictive Diagnosis Technology, a new added value for the customer ER -
