N2  - Transcripción del abstract original del autor: The international ecological project presented and being implemented by OAO "Gazprom" and "Rurgaz AG" is an example of effective cooperation between these states in the field of global climate protection. Cooperation and mutual understanding of experts from different countries form a firm technological, methodical and organizational base of this project by solving the world ecological problems. The project has good characteristics of expected ecological efficiency and is being actively implemented with the aim of 'greenhouse gases'; emission reduction. The project is implemented as per "Memorandum of Understanding" signed by the officials of OAO "Gazprom" and "Rurgaz AG" which states commitments of the parties and the order of settlement of technical and financial project support. International project participants intend to engage in this project the other enterprises of OAO "Gazprom" to increase ecological effect
