Summary: Transcripción del abstract original del autor: This paper describes the establishment of more reasonable maintenance management methods of aged concrete structures in LNG terminals of Osaka Gas through the systematic inspections of our terminals, deterioration progress deterioration prediction, and study of deterioration countermeasure criteria. Specifics of maintenance management such as the concept of maintenance management, specific practice methods for inspection, countermeasures etc. are gathered in the "Maintenance Management Manual". It has also established the "Maintenance Management System" based on a database, deterioration prediction system, and life-cycle cost optimization system. Especially, achieving a long-term maintenance management plan has become possible by the adoption of the life cycle optimization system.
