Transcripción del abstract original del autor: The paper focuses on gas sector reforms in Slovakia. Slovakia is currently restructuring its natural gas sector. Also several of its neighbours in transitional economies have recently embarked upon similar reforms. Information on these reforms and the structure of the gas industry before and after restructuring would be valuable as it can lay out a path forward for other similar countries. Thus, this paper seeks to highlight key trends and lessons learned in a process of reshaping and privatisation of Slovak gas sector.
