Airspace monitoring studies of pipelines and of deposits have being carried out for 25 years. During this period the researchers have been using practically all available technical means of remote sounding aboard flying labs and a great amount of work have been done in order to develop models of interaction between pipelines and environment. The accumulated experience allowed to define programs of research activities using the most updated technical means. Extensive researches on site have been carried out on pipelines in order to evaluate the interaction between a pipe and frozen soils.
