Major gas and gas condensate fields in Western Siberia, Krasnoyarsk Territory, Irkutsk Region, Sakha Republic (Yakutia), and Sakhalin Island allow Russia to secure reliable long-term supply of Russian gas to Asia-Pacific Region countries.
