Transcripción del resumen original del autor: This study on the residential market, carried out as part of the cooperative efforts between Intergas Marketing (IGM) and the International Gas Union (IGU), was directed by the French delegation (head: Bernard AULAGNE) and undertaken in three phases. The corresponding educations make up the three main chapters of the present report. First of all, an inquiry by questionnaire, the detailed results of which appear in appendix, allowed to make a diagnosis of the current situation in the member countries of IGM and IGU: the studies carried out on safety, the interventions of the various players and in particular the verification of the indoor installations and the actions of gas distributors. Then, was led a forward-looking reflection on safety questions under the influence of the opening of markets, with a search for new service opportunities. It ensues from this recommendations underlining the importance of safety in the marketing offers.
