Resumen del autor, extraído del trabajo. Project intended to creation of bottom research multifunction observatory as a complex of unique oceanology measurement instruments, which are united in structure and system modular unit for research of geoecological processes in near-bottom stratum of the World Ocean, continental shelf and inland basins to carry out researches of nature and man-made ecology disaster situations in sea areas and coastal zones near oil & gas platforms, pipelines etc. Underwater measuring complex (UC) of observatory is based on autonomous bottom hydrophysical station, which is intended to long-term data acquisition and transfer of data via undersea fiber-optic communication line (10 km) and/or via radio and hydroacoustic channel to Computer Centre. This system is able to provide continuous monitoring of marine environment during several years with use the cable communication and several months in autonomous mode. Main parts of the observatory:-Underwater complex-Computing Center -Shipboard equipment Underwater complex consists of: -three-component bottom seismometer with vertical orientation system and azimuth meter; -hydrophysical unit with sensors of temperature, static pressure, current vector, conductivity, magnetic field; -spectrum analyzer;-registration / control unit;-cable modem; -hydroacoustic communication / navigation unit; -radio communication unit; -radioactive contamination monitoring unit; -power supply unit; -hydroacoustic release. Operational depth -up to 6000m;.
