HYDROCARBON EXPLORATORY TECHNOLOGY AND ITS RESULTS IN QIANMIQIAO BURIED HILL OF BEIDAGANG STRUCTURAL BELT CHINA

Qianmiqiao buried hill is located in the Banqiao-Beidagang structural belt in the middle part of Huanghua Depression in Bohai Bay basin of east China, which is a high mature area for Tertiary hydrocarbon exploration. In order to propel the hydrocarbon exploration of new series of strata and new fields in the area, 3D multisurvey seismic data had been processed in 1997 and Qianmiqiao buried hill was accurately determined, with total trap area 124.3km2.In 1998,well Banshen 7(Bs7) was deployed and condensate gas reservoir was discovered at one stroke., which has the largest reserve scale so far found in Bohai Bay oil area . Technology series dominated by prestack depth migration were adopted in the seismic target processing for Qianmiqiao area. Special processing such as well log constraint inversion had been used to predict the thickness of weathering crust. Seismic reflectance attribution analysis such as interval velocity slice and anisotropism produced along weathering crust have truly reflected the development of reservoir fracture and void. Through wellbore comprehensive matching technology dominated by underbalanced well drilling, "drilling while blowouting" had been successfully realized, which played a key role in the discovery and preserve of buried hill reservoir. The application of multidisciplinary comprehensive research and all kinds of new technologies led by geology has achieved the best effect of "few wells and more geological reserves" in the Qianmiqiao buried hill exploration. Research shows that a series of buried hill structures similar to Qianmiqiao buried hill had been developed in the middle and north part of Huanghua Depression and have expansive exploratory prospect.
