Production started in the 1960s and now the oil field is in a late stage of development. The economic situation demands a decrease in the cost of residual reserve recovery. To solve this problem in a short time is realized the unique project geological structure and hydrodynamic analysis revision on the base of 15000 wells. In the paper will be covered the experience of project management and geological/technological results
