Resumen del autor, extraido del trabajo. A highly fractured carbonate reservoir almost depleted by natural flow during its long production history (1929 - 1976) was repressured to its original crestal pressure in 4 years time using gas from large dome of a close by high-pressure reservoir without any compression. After resuming production from the field in 1986 the oil rate has gradually increased and peaked as high as 6900 m3/d in 1992, approximately double the production rate before gas injection start up. Cumulative additional production to date has reached 24 Mm3 including some contribution from remaining primary reserves. It is estimated that total additional production after gas injection start up cumulates 2% of original oil in place, will be the contribution of secondary reserves due to gas injection repressuring.
