Resumen Transcripción del abstract original del autor: This paper details the complications taking place at the hydrocarbon extraction from tight lowpermeable reservoirs. Those complications are stipulated both by natural factors and by results of human activities. Processes and phenomena complicating the hydrocarbon extraction are exhibited through unusual phase behaviour and filtration nature of hydrocarbons due to a spacious surface effect. The larger a specific surface of a porous medium is the stronger a transformation of phase behaviour of fluid trapped in that porous medium. Another reason of difficulty of hydrocarbon extraction from reservoir rock is occurrence of water. Rheological properties of water as well as a hydrocarbon fluid are drastically transformed as a result of a spacious surface effect. Water occupying a significant fraction of void area drastically effects on the nature of hydrocarbon fluid flow. Development of gas fields consisting of tight low-permeable reservoirs is accompanied by surface phase transitions and phenomena at the boundary: surface reservoir rock - sorbed gas, surface reservoir rock - film water - gas. Fractional saturation of pore space by water makes worse the gas filtration due to an initial pressure gradient. Development of oil-gas- condensate fields is complicated by new phenomena due to peculiarities of fluid composition. At the boundary due to the porous medium effect molecules of condensate and paraffins form the homeotropic oriented quasiliquid-crystals structures. Molecular orientation of these structures in relation to a porous medium wall predetermines the nature of flow of a hydrocarbon fluid as a whole.
