Gordon Feller writes about the initiatives to increase the power capacity in the Nile Basin region, which comprises Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo (DR Congo), Egypt, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda.
