Therefore, the substitution has been undergoing in many kinds of fields such as automotives, electric appliances, and gas appliances. It has other benefits other than cost reduction such as -making appliances lighter, -reducing the number of parts by integral molding, and -improving the heat insulation, In this study, the authors attempted to develop headers and joints for hot water supply especially for gas central heating system.
