In-situ oil production technologies using the steam assisted gravity drainage (SAGD) are innovative synergies of technology advances in horizontal drilling, completion and steam-reservoir management The SAGD technology has emerged as an efficient and cost effective technology currently adopted by oil sands and heavy oil producers.
