This report describes the work undertaken by the Programme Committee C during the Triennium, 2003-2006. The subjects chosen and analysed, with reference to developing gas markets, are the following. § Gas market development in Asia: the case of China § Developing Gas Markets in the Mediterranean Basin. Case Study: Egypt § Developing the Gas Market in Brazil within the South American Regional Context § Further Market Development In Areas Deeply Involved In Gas Market Opening And Increased Competition Pressure The analysis, conducted in the form of Case Studies, was carried out by the four Study Groups, whose subjects and achievements are described in the second part of the report. Additional information on the subjects of the studies, and details of the related findings, will be provided during the presentation of the Case Studies at the sessions of PGC C, and in the following Round Tables
